The Mayor of Xi’an city was introduced to “Business Park Absheron” project

The delegation led by the Mayor of Xi’an city of the People’s Republic of China, Ye Niuping, paid a business visit to Absheron Logistics Center.

Within the framework of the visit, the guests became acquainted with “Business Park Absheron”, a project of Absheron Logistics Center. During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the expansion of economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and China, existing opportunities in the fields of logistics and trade, as well as mutual investment prospects.

The guests were provided with detailed information about the infrastructure potential of the Business Park, its logistics capabilities, and the areas equipped with modern technological solutions. The project envisages the formation of an innovative and functional business environment for entrepreneurs, as well as the creation of strategic opportunities to attract local and international investors.

Within the framework of the meeting, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Absheron Logistics Center and the China’s Xi’an Port. The document, signed by Ziya Aghayev, Chairman of the Board of Absheron Logistics Center, and Yuan Xiaojun, Director General of Xi’an International Port Group, the establishment and strengthening of comprehensive cooperation relations between the two sides, the promotion of experience and information exchange in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as the creation of sustainable conditions for long-term and reliable partnership. After the signing of the document, the delegation became acquainted with the infrastructure opportunities of the project on-site.

The Mayor of Xi’an city, Ye Niuping, highly appreciated the strategic importance of the “Business Park Absheron” project, the innovative business environment created for entrepreneurs, and the opportunities contributing to the expansion of Azerbaijan–China cooperation in the region. It should be noted that the “Business Park Absheron” project is being implemented on the initiative of Absheron Logistics Center and contributes to increasing the investment attractiveness of the region through a modern business environment, warehouse complexes, logistics services, and innovative technological solutions.
